Composition
  • The vaccine is made from: – formaldehyde-inactivated chicken infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) serotypes Massachusetts and D207/D274, cultured on chicken embryos embryos, – formaldehyde-inactivated Egg Drop Syndrome Virus (EDS’76) strain BC 14, cultured on EB66 cells, – formaldehyde-inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Clone 30 strain, cultured on embryos of chicken eggs.
    One dose of the vaccine (0.5 ml) contains active ingredients inactivated antigens:
    – chicken infectious bronchitis virus IBV, Massachusetts serotype (strain M41), inducing at least 5.5 log2 virus neutralizing units *;
    – chicken infectious bronchitis virus IBV, serotype D207/D274, (strain 249g), inducing at least 4.0 log2 virus neutralizing units*;
    – avian rhinotracheitis virus TRTV (strain BUT1#8544), inducing at least 9.5 log2 ELISA units*;
    – egg drop syndrome virus EDS’76 (BC14 strain), inducing at least 6.5 log2 units* of hemagglutination inhibition;
    – Newcastle disease virus NDV (strain Clone 30), inducing at least 4.0 log2 units of hemagglutination inhibition per 1/50 dose * and excipients: light liquid paraffin, polysorbate 80, sorbitan monooleate, glycine and water for injection.

Indications
  • The vaccine is intended for active immunization of breeding chickens and laying hens. The vaccine is used to reduce the spread of infection caused by Massachusetts serotype chicken infectious bronchitis virus and Newcastle disease virus, as well as to prevent respiratory symptoms caused by avian rhinotracheitis virus (avian pneumovirus). The vaccine is also used to prevent egg-laying losses caused by IBV serotypes Massachusetts and D274/D207, avian rhinotracheitis virus, EDS’76 egg-laying syndrome virus and to reduce egg-shell defects caused by IBDV serotype D274/D207. , avian rhinotracheitis virus and EDS’76 egg drop syndrome virus.
Dosage and method of administration
  • The vaccine Nobilis® RT+IBmulti+ND+EDS is not intended for use during the laying period and within 4 weeks before its start. 15. The vaccine Nobilis® RT+IBmulti+ND+EDS is used in birds at the age of 14-20 weeks, but no later than 4 weeks before the expected start of the laying period.
    The vaccine is administered intramuscularly into the thigh or pectoral muscle in a volume of 0.5 ml.
    To create a more intense immune response, it is recommended to vaccinate the bird with live vaccines against infectious bronchitis, rhinotracheitis and Newcastle disease at least 4 weeks in advance.
    Before use, the vaccine is kept at room temperature (15-25 ° C) for 3 hours.
    Shake the vial thoroughly before use and periodically during use.
    Vaccination equipment must be clean and sterile.
    For vaccination use sterile disposable or reusable syringes and needles in accordance with generally accepted rules of asepsis.
    Do not use vaccination equipment with rubber parts as the vaccine excipient may damage some types of rubber.
Contraindications
  • It is forbidden to vaccinate the clinically ill and/or debilitated.
Warning
  • Meat and slaughter products obtained from vaccinated animals are used without restrictions, regardless of the period of vaccination.
Release form
  • The vaccine is packaged in 500 ml (1000 doses) vials made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), hermetically sealed with nitrile rubber stoppers reinforced with color-coded aluminum caps.

Storage conditions Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +2 +8°С.
