Vaccine Nobilis Paracox

(Română)

  • Vaccin viu buvabil pentru pui de găină contra coccidiozei.

Product Description

Species Poultry.
Composition
  • One dose of undiluted vaccine (0.1 ml) contains active ingredients: 8 variants of attenuated sporulated avian coccidia (eimeria) in an amount of at least: 500 E.acervulina HP oocysts, 100 E.brunetti HP oocysts, 200 E.maxima SR oocysts, 100 E. maxima MFP oocysts, 1000 E. mitis HP oocysts, 500 E. necatrix HP oocysts, 100 E. praecox HP oocysts, 500 E. tenella HP oocysts and excipients: xanthan gum and purified water.
Indications
  • The vaccine is intended for the prevention of eimeriosis in chickens.
The vaccine causes the formation of an immune response in chickens to pathogens of eimeriosis 10 days after a single application, which persists throughout the entire productive period (36 weeks) when birds are kept in conditions that support oocyst recirculation.
Dosage and method of administration
  • Vaccinate chicks once at 5-9 days of age by drinking with drinking water or by spraying on feed or by spray method at 1-9 days of age. their litter, as reinfection is required to induce immunity.
Vaccination by spraying in an incubator (spray method).
The vaccine should be applied in a manual spray cabinet or in a spray cabinet on a conveyor that provides a coarse spray (about 130-150 microns) at a rate of 21 ml of diluted vaccine per 100 birds.
The vaccine is bred based on the volume required for 100 chickens. This volume is multiplied by 50 to obtain the total volume of diluted vaccine required for 5000 doses (or multiplied by 10 to obtain 1000 doses) and this volume of water is added to a suitable container. The uptake of the vaccine by the birds, and thus the effectiveness of the control of the vaccination carried out, is increased by adding the red food coloring Cochineal E120 to the diluted solution of the vaccine before application by the spray method. The amount of red dye (Cochineal E120) is added to the water so as to obtain a final concentration of 0.1% w/v, equivalent to 210-280 µg/bird.
Before use, the Paracox vaccine pack must be shaken vigorously for 30 seconds to ensure resuspension of the oocysts.
Add the entire contents of the package to the water and mix thoroughly.
Pour the diluted vaccine into the spray reservoir and use a coarse mist to evenly spray the birds.
    Use clean equipment for vaccination.
During vaccination, it is necessary to constantly shake the container with the dissolved vaccine in order to prevent the oocysts from settling.
After spraying the vaccine, chicks should be left in the spray cabinet for approximately 15-30 minutes to dry before being moved to a broiler rearing facility or before applying another vaccine.
When applying the vaccine by the spray method within half an hour before and after vaccination, other types of vaccines cannot be used using the same method, except for the cases of using the Paracox vaccine and other vaccines using specialized equipment recommended by the manufacturer of the Paracox vaccine.
  • Feed application.
The undiluted vaccine or the vaccine diluted in water must be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the feed using coarse or fine sprays. For dilution, it is necessary to add no more than 4 volumes of water to one volume of the vaccine (2 liters of water are added to 5000 doses of the Paracox vaccine).
Shake the reservoir of the vaccine solution device regularly to prevent the oocysts from settling.
  • Application with drinking water.
Drinking water is removed from the drinking system 1-2 hours before vaccination.
Before use, the sachet must be shaken for 30 seconds until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. The vaccine is diluted in a ratio of not more than 1/50. It is recommended that the drinkers are of the same type and that the birds are fully accustomed to these drinkers prior to vaccination. Application in individual drinkers.
The appropriate amount of vaccine to apply to each drinker is calculated as follows:
Total number of chicks in 1 house (or pen) x 0.1 == Amount of vaccine per drinker (ml).
Total number of drinkers in 1 poultry house (or pen) The vaccine is applied to each drinker through a short 18 G cannula mounted on an automatic syringe. The syringe is directed at an acute angle with respect to the surface of the water and moved in a circle over the drinker in order to ensure even distribution of the vaccine. Make sure that the syringe used for vaccination is accurately calibrated.
Automatic circular drinkers (bell type). It is necessary to raise the drinkers 2 hours before vaccination, make sure that the drinkers are clean and set the required volume of water (250-400 ml). At least 10 ml and no more than 25 ml of the vaccine from the sachet should be added to each drinker to ensure that the vaccine is dosed correctly for 100 – 250 chicks per drinker. Lower the drinker immediately. During vaccination, the water supply should not be interrupted, the drinkers should be filled automatically as the birds drink water.
The vaccine is applied directly to each cup. This method is similar to vaccination through bell-type drinkers. The volume of the vaccine should be 3 – 5 ml per drinker.
Grooved drinkers. The method is similar to vaccination through bell-type drinkers. Drain or remove drinkers 2 hours before vaccination. Fill clean drinking bowls immediately before applying the appropriate amount of vaccine. The number of drinkers should provide for each bird 0.25-1.00 cm of drinker space.
Fountain-type drinkers (filled by hand). Remove drinkers 2 hours before vaccination. Fill clean drinkers with water and change the water immediately before applying the appropriate amount of vaccine. For each bird, 0.25-1.00 cm of drinker space should be provided.
Additional drinkers. During the first 4-5 days, it is allowed to use additional nipple-type lines: drinkers from a source or bell-type drinkers, which are automatically filled from nipple-type lines. If the supplemental drinker is fed from a line, then this method of vaccination is similar to that used for bell-type drinkers. If drinkers are filled one at a time from the same spout, an airlock problem may occur after the drinker is disconnected to deprive the birds of water for 1-2 hours before vaccination. In such
case, it is advisable to first dilute the vaccine in a container (in a watering can), and then fill each drinker with the diluted vaccine.
Vaccine should not be poured into the main tank of the water supply, because. the dilution of the vaccine may be too high and the oocysts will not remain in suspension.
Contraindications
  • It is forbidden to vaccinate clinically ill and/or debilitated animals.
Warning
  • The use of antibiotics or other antibacterial drugs with a systemic effect should be avoided 7 days before and 14 days after vaccination.
Meat and slaughter products obtained from vaccinated birds are used without restrictions 14 days after vaccination. Slaughter products and poultry meat, forced to be killed earlier than the specified period, are used for the production of meat and bone meal.
The sale of table and hatching eggs is carried out without restrictions.
