Composition
  • The vaccine is made from formaldehyde-inactivated viruses of infectious bronchitis of chickens of the Massachusetts serotype (strain M41) and serotype D207 / D274 (strain 249G), Newcastle disease (strain Clone 30), cultivated in the amnion-allantoic fluid of SPF chicken embryos, and formaldehyde-inactivated reduction syndrome virus egg production SSJ-76 (strain BC 14), cultivated in amnion-allantoic fluid or in the culture of stem cells EB66 of duck embryos.
    One dose of the vaccine (0.5 ml) contains active ingredients: inactivated antigens:
    – chicken infectious bronchitis virus1, Massachusetts serotype (strain M41), inducing2 at least 5.5 log2 virus neutralizing units;
    – chicken infectious bronchitis virus1, serotype D207/D274 (strain 249G), inducing2 at least 4.0 log2 virus neutralizing units;
    – egg drop syndrome virus ECC-761 (strain BC 14), inducing2 at least 6.5 log2 units of hemagglutination inhibition;
    – Newcastle disease virus1 (strain Clone 30), inducing at least 4.0 log2 units of hemagglutination inhibition per 1/50 dose.
    Excipients: light liquid paraffin, polysorbate 80, sorbitan oleate, glycine and water for injection.

Indications
  • The vaccine is intended for active immunization of breeding and laying chicks in order to reduce the spread of infection and to prevent the decline in egg production caused by the infectious bronchitis virus of chickens serotypes Massachusetts and D274/D207 and the egg drop syndrome virus ECD-76, as well as to reduce mortality and clinical symptoms. and reduce the spread of Newcastle disease virus infections.
Dosage and method of administration
  • Vaccination is subject to birds at the age of 14-20 weeks, but no later than 4 weeks before the expected start of the laying period. The vaccine is administered once in a volume of 0.5 ml subcutaneously (into the lower third of the neck) or intramuscularly (into the femoral or pectoral muscle groups).
    Before use, the vaccine is kept for 3 hours at a temperature of 15-25°C.
    Shake the vaccine vial thoroughly before and during use to restore the homogeneity of the emulsion.
    For vaccination use sterile disposable or reusable syringes and needles. The place of introduction of a vaccine is processed, observing the standard rules of an asepsis. Do not use vaccination equipment with rubber parts as the vaccine excipient may damage some types of rubber.
    To create a more intense immune response, it is recommended to vaccinate the bird with live vaccines against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis of chickens at least 4 weeks in advance.
Contraindications
  • It is forbidden to vaccinate clinically sick and / or weakened birds, as well as chickens, less than 4 weeks before the expected start of laying.
Warning
  • The vaccine is not intended for use in birds during the laying period and less than 4 weeks before the start of laying.
  • Meat, slaughter products and eggs obtained from vaccinated poultry are used without restrictions.
Release form
  • The vaccine is packaged in 500 ml (1000 doses) in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) vials hermetically sealed with rubber stoppers reinforced with aluminum caps.

Storage conditions Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +2 +8°С.
