| Composition | Solution for external use. Fungin Forte in 1 ml as the active substance contains: terbinafine hydrochloride – 10 mg, thiabendazole – 10 mg, metronidazole – 10 mg, lidocaine hydrochloride – 50 mg, dexamethasone sodium phosphate – 1 mg, and as excipients: benzyl alcohol – 300 mg, dimethyl sulfoxide – 100 mg, orange terpene – 5 mg and polyethylene glycol-400 – up to 1 ml. In appearance, the drug is a solution from light yellow to dark yellow. |
| Indications | Fungin Forte is prescribed for dogs and cats to treat fungal skin diseases, eczema of fungal etiology and seborrheic dermatitis. |
| Dosage and method of administration | Fungin Forte is applied in a thin layer with a cotton-gauze swab, and also sprayed or applied directly to the skin from a dropper bottle, gently rubbing into the affected areas from the periphery to the center with capture of up to 1 cm of border healthy skin. Treatments are carried out once or twice a day until clinical recovery, but not more than 15 days, which is confirmed by microscopic examination of skin scrapings. To prevent the drug from licking, the animals are put on a muzzle, collar or jaws closed with a loop from the braid, which is removed 15 to 20 minutes after treatment. In severe cases of the disease, animals are additionally prescribed medications of specific and symptomatic therapy in accordance with the instructions for use. |
| Contraindications | Contraindication to use is the hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug. Weakened animals, lactating and pregnant females, as well as puppies and kittens younger than 4 weeks of age, cannot be processed. |

| Release form | Fungin Forte is produced in glass bottles of 10, 12 and 15 ml, sealed with rubber stoppers with aluminum caps; in polymer bottles with mechanical spray heads of 20, 30, 40 and 50 ml or in polymer bottles with dropper caps with the control of the first opening of 10, 12 and 15 ml. Each consumer packaging is provided with instructions for use. |
