Composition | – dry component – a preparation against rabies and carnivore plague (Divak), – in appearance it is a dry amorphous, homogeneous mass of yellowish-pink color; – liquid component – a drug against parvovirus enteritis, infectious Hepatitis, adenovirus and leptospirosis (Pentavac), which is a homogeneous suspension, upon settling, is separated into a pink transparent supernatant and a loose light gray precipitate that breaks easily when shaken into a homogeneous suspension. Dry components – “Divaс” is made from live attenuated canine distemper strain “Rokborn” and inactivated with UV rays of rabies virus, strain “Vnukovo-32” lyophilized with the addition of the stabilizer mixtures of gelatin and sucrose 4% of the total. |
Indications | For the prevention of infectious bronchitis of chickens, caused by the IBC virus serotype of Massachusetts and variant strains related to D274, in breeding and commodity farms of different directions of cultivation. |
Dosage and method of administration | Needles and syringes are sterilized by boiling, or sterile disposable syringes are used. The injection site is not treated. A sterile needle is used for each animal. Immediately before use, the dry component of the vaccine is dissolved in a volume of liquid preparation corresponding to the number of doses. The mixture is shaken until complete dissolution and the formation of a homogeneous suspension. The drug should be used no later than 30 minutes after opening the vial or ampoule. The vaccine is injected subcutaneously into the scapula area or intramuscularly from the inner surface of the thigh to dogs weighing up to 5 kg – 1.2 ml each, and weighing more than 5 kg – 2.2 ml. Puppy dogs are recommended to be vaccinated from the age of 60 days. Primary vaccination is carried out twice with an interval of 3 weeks. Revaccinate animals in the same dose after changing teeth, then – once a year. The vaccine dose of the vaccine after mixing the components is 2.2 ml for dogs weighing more than 5 kg. |
