Indications | The drug is used alone or in combination to treat cows with papillomas (warts) of the udder; Cats, dogs and fur-bearing animals with dermatosis, dyskeratosis, ichthyosis, trichophytosis, focal microsporia. |
Dosage and method of administration | Before applying the ointment, the skin around the papilloma is lubricated with lanolin or vaseline. On papillomas (warts), Papillon ointment is applied twice a day in the morning and evening (after morning and evening doses) for 1-2 weeks. It is possible to use a band-aid or glue bandage.
Before milking, the ointment is rinsed off with warm water. If necessary, the course of treatment is repeated. With dermatosis, dyskeratosis, ichthyosis Papillon ointment is applied with a thin ball 2-3 times a day for 2-5 g on the surface of the skin with an area of 5×5 cm. The treatment is continued until the manifestation of the disease persists. With trichophytosis and microsporia Papillon ointment is rubbed into the affected areas, taking healthy skin 1 cm around, twice a day for 2-3 weeks before the appearance of hair and negative laboratory analysis from the affected area. |
Contraindications | Do not use if hypersensitivity to the drug.
Do not use simultaneously with strong oxidants (berthelot’s salt, potassium permanganate, etc.). |
Warning | Apply only on affected areas of the body. Avoid licking the drug. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. |
Release form | Ointment in cans of polymeric materials or tubes laminated to 30 and 50 g. |
Storage conditions | Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +5-25°С. |
