Description

Indications:
- Descaling and cleaning of tanks, drinking water pipes, and combined feed bunkers.
- Sanocidex is a descaling and disinfectant agent with bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, virucidal, and sporicidal action.
- It can be used for descaling closed circuits (water pipes, combined feed bunkers) and for treating drinking water.
- Hydrogen peroxide, and especially peracetic acid, are recognized for their biocidal properties at very low concentrations, effective against a wide range of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae).

Specifications and Usage Instructions
Descaling and cleaning of tanks, drinking water pipes, and combined feed bunkers between production cycles
- Fill the pipes with a 1% Sanocidex solution (1 liter per 100 liters of water).
- Circulate the solution or let it act for 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the pipes with clean water.
- *Note: Sanocidex can also be used after cleaning and degreasing with an alkaline solution; in this case, products with different pH levels should not be mixed. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before applying Sanocidex.
Disinfection of tanks, drinking water pipes, and combined feed bunkers between production cycles
- Fill the pipes with a 2% Sanocidex solution (2 liters per 100 liters of water).
- Circulate the solution or let it act for 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the pipes with clean water.
Concentrations and Contact Times
- Bactericidal: 0.1% – contact time: 1 minute
- Yeasticidal: 0.5% – contact time: 1 minute
- Fungicidal: 2% – contact time: 15 minutes
- Virucidal: 0.1% – contact time: 15 minutes
- Sporicidal: 0.5% – contact time: 60 minutes

Disinfection of drinking water
- Use Sanocidex at a concentration of 0.04% (400 ml per 1000 liters of water).
