Indications

It is indicated for dogs and cats for the treatment of infectious diseases of bacterial etiology, including:  
- Skin diseases (deep and superficial pyoderma);  
- Genitourinary infections;  
- Respiratory diseases (infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract);  
- Enteritis and other infections caused by pathogens sensitive to amoxicillin.  

Dosage and method of administration

Sinuxol-Nita 250 is administered orally to dogs and cats, either individually or with food. Food intake does not affect the bioavailability of the drug’s active substances.  
Recommended dose: 12.5 mg/kg body weight, twice a day.  
Doses based on the animal’s body weight are presented in the table.

Dosage and treatment duration  
In severe cases (especially respiratory infections), it is recommended to increase the dose of Sinuxol-Nita to 25 mg/kg body weight, administered twice a day.  

Treatment duration:  
- 5-7 days in usual cases;  
- 10-28 days in chronic conditions (especially deep pyoderma in dogs).  

Recommendations for correct administration  
To ensure accurate dosing, the animal’s body weight should be determined as precisely as possible to avoid underdosing.  

Contraindications

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances, other antimicrobials from the beta-lactam group, or any of the excipients.

Release form

Sinuxol-Nita 250 is produced packaged as follows:  
- 10 pieces in blisters;  
- Brown glass vials or opaque polymer jars, hermetically sealed with a secure threaded cap or rubber stopper and aluminum cap.  
Blisters (1 or 10 pieces) are packed in cardboard boxes.  

*Not all packaging sizes may be marketed.

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 4 months.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
