| Indications |
Chefen is used for the treatment of cattle, pigs, and horses in the following cases:
- Acute or chronic inflammatory processes of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis, arthrosis, bursitis, dislocations, edema, tendovaginitis, trauma, infectious hoof lesions);
- Respiratory tract conditions;
- Metritis, mastitis-agalactia syndrome, various forms of mastitis;
- Treatment of pain syndrome of various etiologies (post-operative, injuries, colic);
- As an antipyretic in diseases accompanied by hyperthermia and depressive state.

| Dosage and method of administration |
The veterinary medicine is administered intramuscularly or intravenously in the following doses:
- Cattle: Intramuscularly or intravenously, once a day, 0.3 ml per 10 kg of body weight, for 1-3 days.
- Sport horses: Intravenously, once a day, 1 ml per 45 kg of body weight, for 3-5 days. For the treatment of colic, a single administration is sufficient; repeated administration is possible only after an additional examination of the animal.
- Pigs: Intramuscularly, once a day, 0.3 ml per 10 kg of body weight, for 1-3 days.
Recommendations for correct administration:
- To ensure accurate dosing, the body weight should be determined as precisely as possible to avoid underdosing or overdosing.

| Contraindications |
- Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.
- Do not use in animals with gastric or duodenal ulcers, hemorrhagic syndrome, or severe renal or hepatic insufficiency.

- Beef meat and organs: 5 days
- Milk: 0 days

Dark-colored glass vials sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps, or polymer material containers, with capacities of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 400 ml.
