Properties
TH5 exhibits strong bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal action. It prevents the development of resistant bacteria and maintains its effectiveness in hard water and in the presence of organic matter.
Indications
Disinfection of:
- Animal shelters, transport vehicles, and materials used in animal husbandry;
- Buildings intended for animal feed preparation;
- Storage facilities and transport vehicles for products of plant or animal origin.
Usage instructions
The doses below are a guideline and may vary depending on the desired treatment. They can be increased in cases of epidemics, significant pathologies, or intense microbial proliferation.
- Bactericidal treatment: TH5 solution 0.1%
- Fungicidal treatment: TH5 solution 1%
- Virucidal treatment: TH5 solution 0.5%
Application methods:
- Spraying: 0.2 - 0.4 liters of TH5 1% solution/m²
- Contact time: 5 minutes (bactericidal effect); 30 minutes (virucidal effect).
- Can be applied with a foam generator (gun, lance) for visibility on surfaces.
- Immersion/Wetting: Solution prepared with 11 ml TH5 per 100 liters of water.
- Road and foot disinfectants: Solution prepared with 11 ml TH5 per 100 liters of water.
- Thermal fogging: 1.3 ml TH5/m³, contact time 60 minutes.
- Cold fogging: 2.5 ml TH5/m³, contact time 240 minutes.
Note:
- Application by fogging/thermal fogging is carried out in hermetically sealed spaces, without ventilation, and in the absence of animals. Repopulation is permitted 24-48 hours after treatment.
- In the agri-food industry, a final rinse with water is mandatory after disinfection.
Additional specific activity against:
- Salmonella typhimurium, enteritidis, hadar, virchow, Campylobacter jejuni, Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale, Pasteurella multocida – 0.1%
- Arterivirus (PRRS), Orthomyxovirus (avian influenza H5N1, swine influenza H1N1), Herpesvirus (Aujeszky’s disease, Marek’s disease) – 0.1%
- Asfar Virus (African Swine Fever) – 0.1%
- Candida albicans, Coronavirus (infectious bronchitis), Paramyxovirus (Newcastle disease) – 0.2%
- Picornavirus (foot-and-mouth disease) – 0.5%
- Circovirus type II (PCV2) – 1%
Compatibility
TH5 is compatible with cleaning products (e.g., alkaline detergents) containing cationic and non-ionic surfactants. After cleaning with detergent, rinse the surface thoroughly to ensure the disinfectant’s effectiveness.
