Indications

Piglets:
- For the passive protection of newborn piglets through the active immunization of breeding sows and gilts, aimed at reducing mortality and clinical signs of neonatal enterotoxemia, such as diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli expressing adhesins F4ab (K88ab), F4ac (K88ac), F5 (K99), or F6 (987P). The persistence of these antibodies has not been established.

- For the passive immunization of newborn piglets against necrotic enteritis through the active immunization of breeding sows and gilts, to induce neutralizing serum antibodies against the β-toxin of Clostridium perfringens type C.
The persistence of these antibodies has not been established.

Sows and gilts:
- For the active immunization of breeding sows and gilts, aimed at inducing neutralizing serum antibodies against the α-toxin of Clostridium novyi type B. The relevance of neutralizing serum antibodies has not been experimentally established.
- Antibodies were detected 3 weeks after completion of the basic vaccination schedule. The persistence of these antibodies has not been established.

Dosage and method of administration

Intramuscular use:
- Dose: 2 ml/animal.

Basic vaccination schedule:
- Consists of the administration of two doses:

  - Remove the cap from the bottle containing the Suiseng Coli/C vaccine.
  - Connect one end of the transfer needle to the Suiseng Coli/C bottle.
  - Remove the cap from the bottle with free space containing the Suiseng Diff/A vaccine.
  - Connect the opposite end of the transfer needle to the Suiseng Diff/A bottle.
  - Transfer the entire contents of the Suiseng Coli/C vaccine into the Suiseng Diff/A bottle.
  - After completion, separate the bottles and discard the transfer needle.
  - Shake well before use. Administer a single dose of 4 ml of the mixed vaccines.
