Vaccine Suvaxyn Circo

One dose (2 ml) contains:  
- Inactivated recombinant chimeric porcine circovirus type 1, containing the ORF 2 protein of porcine circovirus type 2: 2.3–12.4 RP *  

Adjuvants: 
- Squalane: 8 μl (0.4% v/v)  
- Poloxamer 401: 4 μl (0.2% v/v)  
- Polysorbate 80: 0.64 μl (0.032% v/v)  

Excipients:  
- Thimerosal: 0.2 mg  
* Relative potency unit determined by antigenic quantification via ELISA (in vitro potency test) compared to a reference vaccine.

For the active immunization of pigs starting from 3 weeks of age against porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), to reduce the viral load in blood and lymphoid tissues, as well as the shedding of the virus in feces, caused by PCV2 infection.  

- Onset of immunity: 3 weeks after vaccination.  
- Duration of immunity: 23 weeks after vaccination.

Administer a 2 ml dose to pigs in the neck area, behind the ear.  

Vaccination schedule:  
- One injection starting from 3 weeks of age.  

Shake well before administration and intermittently during the vaccination process.  
It is recommended to use a multi-dose syringe. Use vaccination devices according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The vaccine must be administered under aseptic conditions. During storage, a slight black sediment may appear, and the emulsion may separate into two distinct phases. After shaking, the black sediment disappears, and the emulsion becomes homogeneous again.

High-density polyethylene bottles of 50 ml, 100 ml, and 250 ml (25, 50, and 125 doses), with a chlorobutyl elastomer stopper, sealed with an aluminum cap.  

- Cardboard box with 1 bottle of 50 ml (25 doses), 100 ml (50 doses), or 250 ml (125 doses).  
- Cardboard box with 10 bottles of 50 ml (25 doses) or 100 ml (50 doses).  
- Cardboard box with 4 bottles of 250 ml (125 doses).  

*Not all package sizes may be marketed.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.  
Store and transport under refrigeration (2 °C – 8 °C).  
Do not freeze.  
Protect from light.

18 months from the date of manufacture; after first opening – use immediately.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
