Composition

Each ml contains:  
Active substance
Ketoprofen - 100 mg  

Excipients:
Qualitative composition of excipients and quantitative composition of other constituents:  
L-arginine - 72 mg  
Benzyl alcohol - 10 mg  
Sodium hydroxide - 15.8 mg  
Citric acid - up to pH 6.8  
Water for injection - up to 1 ml

Indications

It is indicated for cattle and swine as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic in the treatment of chronic and acute inflammatory processes of the locomotor system (arthrosis, arthritis, dislocations, edema, trauma), in painful conditions of various etiologies (traumatic or postoperative pain), as an antipyretic in diseases accompanied by hyperthermia, and in combination with antibiotic therapy in the comprehensive treatment of gynecological pathologies (including mastitis), as well as conditions of the digestive tract, respiratory system, and musculoskeletal system (including purulent-necrotic hoof lesions).

Dosage and method of administration

Ketoprofen 10% is administered parenterally at a dose of 3 ml/100 kg body weight (equivalent to 3 mg ketoprofen/1 kg body weight), once daily, for 1–3 days:  
- Cattle: Intravenous or intramuscular;  
- Swine: Intramuscular.  

Recommendations for correct administration:  
It is recommended to adhere to the administration terms and doses to avoid reducing the effectiveness of the medication.  
The duration of the treatment course depends on the animal’s condition and is determined by the veterinarian.

Contraindications

Do not use in animals in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.  
Do not use in animals with renal or hepatic insufficiency, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or hemorrhagic syndrome.  
Administer with caution to dehydrated animals, those with hypovolemia or hypotension, as there is a potential risk of renal toxicity.

- Cattle:  
  - Meat - 7 days  
  - Milk - 0 days  

- Swine:  
  - Meat - 6 days

Release form

Glass vial of 20, 50, 100, and 250 ml, with a rubber stopper and a secured aluminum cap.

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 28 days.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
