Vaccine Bovilis Vista Once SQ

Species Cattle aged 3 months or older.
Composition

Active substance:

IBR ≥ 103,6 TCID50
BVD1 ≥ 103,8 TCID50
BVD2 ≥ 103,5 TCID50
PI3 ≥ 105,1 TCID50
BRSV ≥ 103,​​​​​​​8 TCID50
Mannheimia haemolytica ≥ 1 x 106 CFU
Pasteurella multocida ≥ 8 x 105 CFU.

*The product may contain residual streptomycin from the bacterial culture medium (growth factor required) and penicillin/streptomycin residuals from the cell culture medium (preservative during virus propagation).
Indications

For the active immunization of cattle against:  
- Bovine infectious rhinotracheitis (IBR) virus,  
- Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) type 2 virus,  
- Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV),  

and as an aid in controlling the disease caused by:  
- Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) type 1 virus,  
- Parainfluenza 3 virus (PI3),  
- Mannheimia haemolytica,  
- Pasteurella multocida.

The duration of immunity (DOI) has been demonstrated to be at least 1 year for IBR and BVD (types 1 and 2), and at least 16 weeks for Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.

Additionally, Vista Once SQ is intended for vaccinating healthy cows and heifers before breeding to help prevent fetal infection, including persistent infections in calves caused by BVD (types 1 and 2), and to help reduce abortion due to IBR.

The reproductive immunity duration (DOI) has been demonstrated to be at least 217 days for IBR and at least 206 days for BVD (types 1 and 2).
Dosage and method of administration

Dosage: 2 ml  

Method of administration:  
Subcutaneous injection, in the neck region.  

Mixing instructions: 
For presentations of 5 and 10 doses:  
- Rehydrate the lyophilized Bovilis Vista Once SQ vial with the included diluent.  
- Mix the reconstituted vial well.  

For presentations of 50 and 100 doses:  
- Rehydrate the lyophilized Bovilis Vista Once SQ vial with a portion of the enclosed diluent using the supplied transfer needle.  
- Shake the reconstituted vial well, then transfer the rehydrated vaccine into the diluent vial and mix well.  
- Remove the label from the Bovilis Vista Once SQ vial and affix it to the diluent vial, which now contains the entire vaccine.
Contraindications Do not vaccinate animals with concurrent diseases, heavily infested with parasites, or those in poor general condition, as a satisfactory immune response will only be achieved in healthy and immunocompetent animals.
Waiting period Meat – 21 days.  
Milk – 0 days.
Release form Glass vials of 5, 10, 50, or 100 doses, sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps.  
Diluent in glass or plastic vials of 10 ml, 20 ml, 100 ml, and 200 ml.
Storage conditions Store and transport at refrigerated temperatures (2°C - 8°C), protected from light.  
Do not freeze.  
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the label.  
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production.
