Indications

Ecocid S is a highly active universal disinfectant that provides safe and effective protection against all known viruses. It also has bactericidal and fungicidal activity. Due to its high safety level and broad spectrum of biocidal activity, it can be used for various purposes:

- Veterinary institutions (clinics, laboratories): Ecocid S is used for disinfecting all surfaces where effective destruction of viruses, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi, is required. It is also effective for equipment, containers, and instruments.

- For household animals: Ecocid S is utilized for disinfecting surfaces and equipment in food preparation areas, shelters, rabbit cages, aviaries, beehives, or other spaces where animals are kept.

- Other surfaces: Ecocid S is used for disinfecting vehicles, slaughterhouses, livestock markets, warehouses, and food processing areas, as well as equipment and surfaces in households.

Dosage and method of administration

The working solution can be applied by spraying, using suspended vapors (fogging), in disinfection basins, or through disinfection filters. For surfaces and equipment that have already been cleaned, a solution of Ecocid S at a concentration of 1% is sufficient. Dissolve one 50 g package in 5 liters of water. For a larger quantity of solution, dissolve one 1 kg package in 100 liters of water. It is recommended to use warm water for faster dissolution of the product.

Instructions for Use Dilution Instructions for Use
Final Disinfection 1:100 (1%) Apply the working solution on already cleaned surfaces using a low-pressure sprayer or another spraying mechanism, at a dose of 300 ml/m². After 30-60 minutes or once the surface is dry, animals can be reintroduced.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Equipment

In farms, hatcheries, and facilities designated for food preparation.

1:200 - 1:33 (0.5 - 3%) depending on the level of organic contamination. Apply the working solution on already cleaned equipment using a low-pressure sprayer or another spraying mechanism, at a dose of 300 ml/m². After 15-60 minutes, depending on the level of organic contamination, rinse with clean water.

Sanitation of Drinking Water Supply Systems

Final cleaning and sanitation.

1:200
(0,5 %)
It is recommended to fill the tank and the water distribution system with the working solution. After 60 minutes, thorough rinsing with clean water is recommended.
Permanent Sterilization of Drinking Water 1:1000
(0,1%)
To perform permanent sterilization of drinking water in the tank or in the automatic dosing system, add the appropriate amount of Ecocid S powder to achieve a final working solution concentration of 0.1%.
Disinfection Filters for Vehicles, Foot or Hoof Disinfectants 1:100
(1%)
It is recommended to use a 1% solution of Ecocid S for 4 days or until the organic load becomes too high.

Air Disinfection

Aerial spraying to reduce cross-infections during outbreaks (especially in cases of respiratory diseases).

1:200
(0,5 %)
It is recommended to apply the solution using a pressure device to ensure a fine spray or with a portable sprayer, with a dose of 1 liter per 10 m².
Cold Water Vapor Nebulization 1:100
(1%)
Apply the vapor solution in empty rooms using specialized equipment for this operation, using an amount of 1 liter per 10 m² of floor space, and do not allow access or activity in the treated area for 30 minutes. It is recommended to ventilate the room for 30-60 minutes before reintroducing the animals.
Hot Water Vapor Nebulization 1:25
(4%)
In the first phase, mix the volatile additive with water in a ratio of 15 parts additive to 85 parts water. Add Ecocid S to this solution. Apply the hot vapors using a thermal nebulizer, with a dosage of 1 liter per 40 m² of floor space, allowing the solution to act for 30 to 60 minutes. Ventilate the treated areas for 30-60 minutes before repopulating.
