Composition

One dose of 1 ml:

Lyophilisate:
- Live attenuated feline calicivirus (strain F9): 104.6 – 106.1 CCID50*
- Live attenuated feline viral rhinotracheitis virus (strain F2): 105.0 – 106.6 CCID50*
- Live attenuated feline panleukopenia virus (strain LR 72): 103.7 – 104.5 CCID50*

*Infectious dose per 50% cell culture (CCID50).

Excipients:
Stabilizing buffer containing gelatin up to 1.3 ml before lyophilization.

Suspension:
Active substance:

- Minimum amount of purified surface antigen p-45 FeLV: 102 µg

Excipients:
- 3% aluminum hydroxide gel, expressed in mg Al³⁺: 1 mg
- Purified extract of *Quillaja saponaria*: 10 µg
- Isotonic buffer solution up to: 1 ml

Indications

The vaccine is indicated for the active immunization of cats starting from 8 weeks of age against the following diseases:

- Feline calicivirus: to reduce clinical signs.
- Feline viral rhinotracheitis: to reduce clinical signs and viral shedding.
- Feline panleukopenia: to prevent the disease and reduce clinical signs.
- Feline leukemia: to prevent persistent viremia and associated clinical signs.

Onset of immunity:
- 3 weeks after primary vaccination for calicivirus.
- 3 weeks after primary vaccination for panleukopenia and leukemia.
- 4 weeks after primary vaccination for viral rhinotracheitis.

Duration of immunity:
- After primary vaccination, immunity lasts for 1 year for all components.
- After the first revaccination, performed 1 year after primary vaccination, the duration of immunity is 3 years.

Dosage and method of administration

The vaccine is administered subcutaneously, and the vaccination schedule is as follows:

Primary vaccination:
- The first injection is given to kittens starting at 8 weeks of age.
- The second injection is given after 3-4 weeks.

Note: Maternal antibodies, especially those against feline panleukopenia virus, may affect the immune response. If maternal antibodies are suspected, a third injection may be indicated at 15 weeks of age.

Revaccination:
- After the first revaccination, one year after primary vaccination, revaccinations for the leukemia component can be performed at 3-year intervals.
- For annual revaccination against calicivirus, viral rhinotracheitis, and panleukopenia virus, a single dose of FELIGEN RCP can be used.

This vaccine can also be used for revaccinating cats previously vaccinated with FELIGEN RCP and separately with LEUCOGEN.

Release form

Lyophilisate:
- Type I glass vial with a butyl-elastomer stopper, containing one dose of lyophilized live attenuated viral components.

Suspension:
- Type I glass vial with a 13 mm butyl-elastomer stopper and aluminum cap, containing one dose (1 ml) of liquid adjuvant.

Packaging:
- Plastic or cardboard box containing 10 vials of lyophilisate and 10 vials of suspension.
- Plastic or cardboard box containing 50 vials of lyophilisate and 50 vials of suspension.

*Not all packaging sizes may be commercially available.*

Storage conditions - Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Store in the refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C).
- Do not freeze.
- Keep in a dry place.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – use immediately.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
