| Indications | Pihtoin is indicated in the treatment of minor wounds, burns, traumatic tissue injuries, eczema, dermatitis, bursitis, mastitis, contusions, papillomas, and ulcers in animals. |
| Dosage and method of administration |
Pihtoin is applied topically, in a thin layer on a clean white cloth or gauze dressing, which covers the affected area of the skin. The dressing is secured with a bandage or special adhesive. Application is done 1-2 times a day, for 5-10 days. Pihtoin can also be applied directly to the affected surface, gently massaging it into the surrounding tissue. In the case of contusions and mastitis, Pihtoin is applied as warm compresses. After each subsequent application, any remaining medication from the previous application is removed with sterile gauze. |

It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients. |
