Indications

Dorogovoi Balm No. 6 is indicated for horses, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, and cats as part of complex therapy for the treatment of infected wounds, ulcers, fistulas, dermatitis of various etiologies, abscesses, phlegmons, and pyoderma.  

Dosage and method of administration Dorogovoi Balm No. 6 is applied evenly in a thin layer to the affected area, including 2–3 cm of surrounding tissue (to prevent the spread of the inflammatory focus). The ointment is applied 1–2 times a day until the symptoms disappear, but for no longer than 2 weeks. Gauze dressings soaked with Dorogovoi Balm No. 6 can be used and changed once a day. Wounds, abscesses, and fistulas can be treated using gauze swabs soaked with the ointment, loosely inserted into purulent cavities.
Contraindications

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients. Do not apply to the udder of lactating animals.

Waiting period

Withdrawal period — zero days.
In case of slaughtering animals during treatment with Dorogovoi Balm No. 6, the treated parts of the carcass must be cleaned and discarded.

Release form

Polymer tubes of 100 ml, packed in cardboard boxes.

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
