| Dosage and method of administration |
Gamavit can be administered subcutaneously, intramuscularly, intravenously, and with drinking water. For preventive purposes: - Intramuscular: In cases of anemia, intoxication, acidosis, post-vaccination period, in elderly and weakened animals, during convalescence and post-surgery, at a dose of 0.1 ml/kg body weight, 1-3 times a week, for 2-4 weeks. - For increasing daily weight gain in growing animals, administer subcutaneously once a day, at a dose of 0.1 ml/kg body weight, on days 1, 4, and 9 of the period. - For increasing the vitality of newborn calves and piglets, administer once a day, at a dose of 0.1 ml/kg body weight, on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 21. - In cases of increased physical effort (such as preparing animals for exhibitions, competitions, transport, regrouping) and during vaccinations, administer once, before the stressor event, or follow a course on days 8, 6, and 4 before exposure to stress. - For laying hens, to improve egg production, egg mass, chick vitality, and daily gain in broiler chicks, Gamavit is administered with drinking water. Dissolve 5 ml of the product in 1 liter of water, given over 2 hours per day for 4-5 days. Watering must be stopped 1 hour before administration. For therapeutic purposes: - In infectious and parasitic diseases (including piroplasmosis), administer intramuscularly 2-3 times a day, for 3-5 days, at a dose of 0.5 ml/kg body weight, in combination with complex therapy. - In deworming, use in conjunction with antihelminthics, as per instructions, administered intramuscularly once, at a dose of 0.3 ml/kg body weight on the day of deworming, with a follow-up dose in the same amount after 1 day. - To improve fertility in female domestic animals, administer subcutaneously, at a dose of 0.04 ml/kg body weight, a few hours before fertilization. - For easier calving and prevention of postpartum complications (such as endometritis and retained placentas), administer subcutaneously, at a dose of 0.05 ml/kg body weight, one week before calving and during preparation for calving. - In cases of intoxication, administer intravenously or subcutaneously, 2 times a day, at 0.5-1.5 ml/kg body weight. The most effective administration method is intravenous. |
