Alben tablets

Species Cattle, sheep, goats.
Composition

Each tablet contains:  
- Active substance: Albendazole – 360 mg  
- Adjuvants: Polyvinylpyrrolidone, calcium stearate, potato starch, lactose.

Indications

ALBEN tablets are indicated for the deworming of cattle, sheep, goats in the following cases:  

- Gastrointestinal nematodoses:  
- Haemonchosis, bunostomosis, esophagostomosis, nematodirosis, ostertagiosis, habertiosis, cooperiosis, strongyloidosis, trichostrongylosis, hyostrongylosis, parascaridosis, ascariasis, toxocariasis, toxascariasis, ancylostomiasis, uncinariasis  

- Pulmonary nematodoses:  
- Dictyocaulosis, protostrongylidosis, muelleriosis, neostrongylosis, cystocaulosis, metastrongylosis  

- Cestodoses:  
- Monieziosis, avitellinosis, thysanieziosis  

- Trematodoses:  
- Fascioliasis, dicrocoeliosis, paramphistomatidiasis  

Dosage and method of administration

ALBEN tablets are administered to animals orally (internally), forcibly, at the root of the tongue, in the doses indicated in the table, depending on body weight.

Deworming of animals for curative purposes is carried out as indicated, and for prophylactic purposes – in spring before grazing and in autumn before the stabling period.

Contraindications

The administration of ALBEN tablets is contraindicated in the following cases:  
- Increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the preparation.  
- Animals sick with infectious diseases or in a weakened state.   
- During mating.  
- Sheep, goats in the first half of gestation.  
- Cows in the first trimester of gestation.  

Waiting period

- The slaughter of animals for human consumption is permitted 20 days after the last administration. Carcasses obtained before the expiration of this period can be used to feed carnivores.  
- Milk obtained cannot be used for human consumption for 7 days after deworming; after heat treatment, it can be used to feed carnivorous animals.  

Release form

The preparation is produced in:  
- Blisters with 25 tablets, made of polymer film and aluminum foil;  
- Polymer jars with lids.

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

3 years from the date of production.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
