Oxytocin – Injectable Solution Each 1 ml of the product contains 10 mg of synthetic oxytocin. Excipients: Chlorobutanol, pyrogen-free water. |
| Indications |
Indicated for females of all domestic animal species (cows, mares, ewes, goats, sows, bitches, and cats) in cases of: Uterine hypo- and atony, Uterine hemorrhages, Retained placenta, Enhancement of uterine involution, Comprehensive treatment of endometritis, Milk ejection in cases of mastitis, Treatment of agalactia in sows. |
| Dosage and method of administration |
Administer subcutaneously or intramuscularly, once, at the following doses (IU): Cows, mares: 30-60 IU Method of administration: For urgent action, intravenous administration is permitted simultaneously with glucose, in which case the oxytocin dose should be reduced by 30%. |

| Release form | Available in ampoules of 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, or glass vials of 5 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, and 200 ml. |
| Storage conditions |
Store in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging, protected from direct sunlight, in a cool place or refrigerator, at a temperature between +3°C and +12°C. During transportation (for no more than 3 days), temperatures up to 25°C are allowed. Protect from freezing! |
| Shelf life |
2 years from the date of manufacture. After first opening, the product must be used within 7 days. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging. |
