Indications For the treatment of clinical mastitis, including cases associated with infections caused by the following major pathogens:
- Staphylococci (including beta-lactamase-producing strains)
- Streptococci (including S. agalactiae, S. dysgalactiae, and S. uberis)
- Escherichia coli (including beta-lactamase-producing strains).
Dosage and method of administration

The contents of one syringe should be infused into each affected quarter at the level of the teat canal and sphincter, immediately after complete milking of the quarter, at 12-hour intervals for three consecutive milkings.

During treatment, the clinical progress must be evaluated by a veterinarian.

In infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, a longer treatment duration may be necessary. Therefore, the total treatment duration is at the veterinarian’s discretion but must be long enough to ensure complete resolution of the intramammary infection.

Contraindications Do not administer to animals with increased sensitivity to penicillins, cephalosporins and pregnant females.
Waiting period

Withdrawal periods:
- Meat and offal: 7 days.
- Milk: 84 hours.

For cows milked twice a day, milk intended for human consumption can be used from the 7th milking after the last treatment.

For any other milking routine, milk can be used for human consumption only after the same 84-hour period from the last treatment (e.g., for cows milked three times a day, milk can be used from the 11th milking).
