Composition

1 ml of the medication contains:  
Active substance:  
- Tilmicosin – 250 mg  

Excipients:  
- Propyl gallate  
- Disodium edetate  
- Concentrated phosphoric acid  
- Purified water

Indications

Porcine – for the treatment and metaphylaxis of respiratory infections associated with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, and Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia when the disease has been diagnosed in the herd.

Chickens – for the treatment and metaphylaxis of respiratory infections associated with Mycoplasma galisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae when the disease has been diagnosed in the flock.

Turkeys – for the treatment and metaphylaxis of respiratory infections associated with Mycoplasma galisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae when the disease has been diagnosed in the flock.

Calves – for the treatment and metaphylaxis of respiratory infections associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Mycoplasma bovis, and M. dispar when the disease has been diagnosed in the herd.

Dosage and method of administration

For oral use only. The medication must be diluted before administration in drinking water or milk replacer.

Dosage:
- Swine: 15 - 20 mg tilmicosin per kg body weight for 5 days, i.e., 6-8 ml of medication per 100 kg body weight, corresponding to 80 ml of medication per 100 liters of drinking water for 5 days.
- Chickens: 15 - 20 mg tilmicosin per kg body weight for 3 days, i.e., 6-8 ml of medication per 100 kg body weight, corresponding to 30 ml of medication per 100 liters of drinking water for 3 days.
- Turkeys: 10 - 27 mg tilmicosin per kg body weight for 3 days, i.e., 4-11 ml of medication per 100 kg body weight, corresponding to 30 ml of medication per 100 liters of drinking water for 3 days.
- Calves: 12.5 mg tilmicosin per kg body weight twice daily for 3-5 days, i.e., 1 ml of medication per 20 kg body weight twice daily for 3-5 days.

Correct administration recommendations:
- A 960 ml bottle is sufficient to medicate 1200 liters of drinking water for pigs or 3200 liters of drinking water for broilers, turkeys, and chickens.
- A 960 ml bottle is sufficient to medicate the drinking water or milk replacer for 48-80 calves (40 kg body weight).
- The medicated drinking water should be freshly prepared every 24 hours using only clean water.
- The medicated milk replacer should be freshly prepared every 4 hours using only clean water.
- If disease signs do not significantly improve within 3-5 days, the diagnosis should be reevaluated and treatment adjusted.
- Do not administer to pigs in a liquid feeding system.

Contraindications

It should not be used in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or in cases of known resistance to tilmicosin. Do not use in horses.

Waiting period - Meat and offals:
  - Pigs: 14 days.
  - Calves: 42 days.
  - Chickens: 12 days.
  - Turkeys: 15 days.
- Eggs: Use is not authorized in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.
Release form - White bottle of 960 ml made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a white cap made of polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene, with a seal.  
- White bottle of 240 ml made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a white polypropylene (PP) cap, with a thread and seal.  
- Not all packaging sizes may be available for sale.
Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

- Shelf life: 2 years.
- Shelf life after first opening of primary packaging: 3 months.
- Shelf life after dilution in drinking water: 24 hours.
- Shelf life after reconstitution in milk replacer: 4 hours.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
