Diamond eyes

Species Dogs and cats.
Composition

1 ml of Diamond Eyes eye drops contains:  
Active substances:  
- Chlorhexidine bigluconate – 0.15 mg  
- Taurine – 20 mg  
- Succinic acid – 1 mg  

Excipients:  
- Water for injections.

Indications It is indicated for dogs and cats for:  
- Daily eye care (elimination of secretions);  
- Reduction of itching, irritation, and tearing in case of inflammation of the mucosa and hyperemia of the blood vessels of the eyeball (red eye syndrome);  
- Preventive and therapeutic purposes in acute and chronic catarrhal and serous conjunctivitis;  
- Prevention of post-traumatic inflammatory processes or those caused by foreign bodies in the eye;  
- Prevention of cataracts, age-related degenerative diseases, retinal and corneal dystrophy.
Dosage and method of administration

For daily hygiene and in the case of mild conjunctivitis, secretions and crusts are removed with a cotton pad soaked in Diamond Eyes eye drops, then the drops are applied to the conjunctival sac as follows:  
- For cats and dogs up to 10 kg: 1 drop;  
- For dogs over 10 kg: 2 drops.  

Administration is done 1-3 times a day (as needed) for a duration of 5-10 days:  
- If applied once a day, the treatment should not exceed 45 days, followed by a 10-day break;  
- If applied twice a day, treatment should last no more than 20 days, followed by a 7-day break;  
- If applied three times a day, the duration should be a maximum of 14 days, followed by a 5-day break.  

In case of excessive tearing, red eye syndrome, trauma, foreign bodies, or irritating substances:  
- Administer 1-2 drops, 3 times a day, for 5-14 days.  

For the prevention of cataracts and age-related degenerative processes of the retina or cornea:  
- Administer 1-2 drops, twice a day, for 20 days, followed by a 10-day break.

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the preparation.

Release form

Primary packaging:  
- Polymer bottle with a dropper, containing 5, 10, 15, and 20 ml of medication, with a secure screw cap;  
- Glass bottle of 10, 15, 20, and 30 ml, with a rubber stopper and aluminum cap.  

Each bottle has secondary packaging (cardboard box).

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 10 days.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
