| Dosage and method of administration |
In cows:
- Synchronization and heat induction: Administer the dose of 2 ml product/animal (0.5 mg active substance). The product will be administered twice at an interval of 10 days. The first dose is administered at any stage of the sexual cycle (in cows between the 40th day and the 60th day after calving). On the 11th day after the first administration, the second dose is administered. Insemination will be done regardless of signs of apparent heat, on day 14 (ie 72-76 hours after the second treatment) and will be repeated on day 15.
- Functional disorders of the ovaries: Administer the dose of 2 ml product/animal. Insemination will be done after the first appearance of heat. If heat does not occur, repeat the administration of the product with the same dose 11 days after the first administration, followed by a new insemination at 72-76 hours and/or re-insemination.
- Follicular cysts: Administer 2 ml of product/animal, 10 days after the previous administration of HCG or LHRH, when the corpus luteum was detected. Heat will start 3 days after taking Oestrophan.
- Post-puerperal infections: Administer the dose of 2 ml product/animal. Repeat administration is done on the 11th day, insemination on the 14th day, and reinsemination on the 15th day.
- Termination of pregnancy or induction of labor: The doses are:
- In cows: a single dose of 2 ml product/animal (further treatment depending on the clinical condition).
In sows:
- Termination of gestation: A single dose of 0.7 ml product/animal (0.175 mg active substance), starting from day 111 of gestation. Parturition occurs no later than 40 hours after administration, with a maximum effect at 24-35 hours.
In mares:
Termination of pregnancy: A single dose of 1 ml product/animal (0.25 mg active substance). In the case of mares with cyclical activity, the treatment is applied between day 5 and 13 after oestrus; the optimal effect is obtained on day 4-6 after administration.
