| Dosage and method of administration |
For prophylactic purposes, Tetrahidrovit is administered to animals by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, and to birds - internally, in drinking water or in feed, once every 2-3 weeks. For curative purposes, the dose can be increased and the interval shortened 2-3 times (for chickens and young hens - once, for laying hens - 2 times, with an interval of 1-2 weeks). When administered in drinking water, the medicine is added to the water and not the other way around, and it homogenizes well. Dilution of the preparation is carried out gradually in a clean vessel, avoiding interaction with oxidants or disinfectants. In case of administration with the fodder, it is previously diluted in a not too large amount of water (1-10 liters, depending on the amount of fodder), with the received solution the fodder is moistened well and thoroughly homogenized.
