Composition

1 ml contains:  
Active substance:  
- Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride – 4.5 mg  

Excipients:  
- Benzalkonium chloride – 0.05 mg  
- Trilon B – 0.08 mg  
- Water for injections up to 100 ml.

Indications

Ciprovet eye drops are indicated for dogs and cats in the following cases:  
- For the treatment of severe and chronic eye conditions: acute and chronic conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, septic iridocyclitis, blepharitis.  
- To reduce the risk of eye infections following trauma, penetration of foreign bodies, and in ophthalmic surgery, both in preoperative and postoperative periods.

Dosage and method of administration

Ciprovet eye drops are administered into the conjunctival cavity of the affected eye:  
- Cats: 1 drop 4 times a day.  
- Dogs: 1–2 drops 4 times a day.  

Treatment lasts 7–14 days until the symptoms disappear.  
In cases of purulent or sero-purulent discharge, preliminary eye hygiene is recommended by applying 3–4 drops of the medicinal product, followed by wiping with a sterile gauze swab. After hygiene, 1–2 drops are instilled, and treatment continues.

Contraindications

The administration of the medicinal product is prohibited in cases of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to fluoroquinolones.

Release form

Ciprovet eye drops are packaged in 5, 10, and 20 ml glass vials, sealed with polymer caps or equipped with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps. The secondary packaging consists of cardboard boxes and includes administration instructions.

Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

3 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 30 days.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
