Species Cattle, sheep.
Composition

1 ml contains: Active substance: tilmicosin 300 mg.

Excipients: orthophosphoric acid, propylene glycol (E 1520), water for injections.

Indications Cattle - treatment of bovine respiratory disease associated with Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.
Treatment of interdigital necrobacillosis.
Sheep - treatment of respiratory tract infections caused by Mannheimia haemolitica and Pasteurella mutocida.
Treatment of pododermatitis in sheep caused by Dichelobacter nodosus and Fusobacterium necrophorum.
Treatment of acute ovine mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma agalactiae.
Dosage and method of administration

For subcutaneous injection only. Use 10 mg tilmicosin per kg body weight (which corresponds to 1 ml Tyloplus inj 300mg/ml per 30 kg body weight).

Cattle:
Method of administration:
Draw the required dose from the vial and remove the syringe from the needle, leaving the needle in the vial. When a group of animals is to be treated, leave the needle in the vial to withdraw subsequent doses.
Immobilize the animal and insert the separate needle subcutaneously at the injection site, preferably in the skin fold above the ribcage, behind the shoulder. Attach the syringe to the needle and inject at the base of the skin fold. Do not inject more than 20 ml per injection site.

Sheep:
Method of administration:
Accurate weighing of lambs is important to avoid overdose. Using a 2ml or smaller syringe improves accurate dosing.
Extract the required dose from the vial and remove the syringe from the needle, leaving the needle in the vial.
Immobilize the sheep while bending over the animal and insert a separate needle subcutaneously at the injection site, which should be in a fold of skin above the ribcage, behind the shoulder. Attach the syringe to the needle and inject at the base of the skin fold. Do not inject more than 2 ml per injection site.

Official, national and regional antimicrobial policies should be taken into account when using the product.
To avoid self-injection, do not use auto-injection equipment.
Use of the product should be based on susceptibility testing.
If no improvements are observed within 48 hours, the diagnosis must be confirmed.
Avoid introducing contaminating substances into the bottle during use.
Do not use Tyloplus inj 300mg/ml if you notice any foreign particles and/or an abnormal physical appearance.

Contraindications Do not administer intravenously.
Do not administer intramuscularly.
Do not administer to lambs weighing less than 15 kg.
Do not administer to primates.
Do not administer to pigs.
Do not administer to horses and donkeys.
Do not administer to goats.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Waiting period

Cattle:
Meat and organs: 70 days
Milk: 36 days
If the product is administered to lactating cows or pregnant dairy heifers, the milk must not be used for human consumption for 36 days after calving.

Sheep:
Meat and organs: 42 days
Milk: 18 days
If the product is administered to ewes during lactation or to pregnant ewes, the milk must not be used for human consumption for 18 days after calving.

Release form Polypropylene bottles of 50 ml, 100 ml and 250 ml closed with bromobutyl rubber stopper and aluminum cap.
Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 28 days.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
