Each 2 ml dose contains:

Active substances:
Escherichia coli components:
- fimbrial adhesin F4ab ≥ 9.7 log2 titer Ac1
- fimbrial adhesin F4ac ≥ 8.1 log2 titer Ac1
- fimbrial adhesin F5 ≥ 8.4 log2 titer Ac1
- fimbrial adhesin F6 ≥ 7.8 log2 titer Ac1
- LT toxoid ≥ 10.9 log2 titer Ac1
Components of Clostridium perfringens:
- beta toxoid Type C (strain 578) ≥ 20 IU2

1 Mean antibody titer (Ab) obtained after mouse vaccination with 1/20 or 1/40 of the sow dose.
2 International beta antitoxin units according to Ph. Eur.

Adjuvant:
dl-α-tocopheryl acetate 150 mg
Aqueous suspension for injection, white or almost white

Indications For the passive immunization of progeny by active immunization of sows and gilts in the scope of education of mortality and clinical signs during the first days of life caused by those strains of E. Coli expressing the adhesins F4ab (K88ab), F4ac (K88ac), F5 (K99 ) or F6 (987P) and caused by C. perfringens type C
Dosage and method of administration

Intramuscular use.
Administer an intramuscular dose (2ml) of vaccine per animal at the level of the neck, in the area behind the ear.
Vaccination schedule: Primary vaccination: Sows/gilts that have not yet been vaccinated with the product will receive a primary vaccination 6 - 8 weeks before the expected farrowing date and a second vaccination 4 weeks later.
Revaccination: A single revaccination is carried out 2 - 4 weeks before the estimated date of calving.

Allow the vaccine to reach room temperature before use.
Shake the bottle vigorously before use and at regular intervals during use.

Contraindications If the rules in the instruction are followed, they are not.

Release form Packaging: Cardboard boxes with glass bottles of 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml or 250 ml.
Cardboard boxes with PET bottles of 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml or 250 ml.
Storage conditions Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Store in a refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C). Do not freeze.
Protect from light.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 10 hours.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
