| Composition |
The vaccine is made from: - formaldehyde-inactivated chicken infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) serotypes Massachusetts and D207/D274, cultured on chicken egg embryos, - p-propiolactone-inactivated avian rhinotracheitis virus (avian pneumovirus) (TRTV) strain BUT1&8544, cultured on chicken embryo fibroblasts, - formaldehyde-inactivated egg drop syndrome virus (EDS'76) strain BC 14, cultured on EB66 cells, - formaldehyde-inactivated Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strain Clone 30, cultured on chicken egg embryos. One dose of the vaccine (0.5 ml) contains the active ingredients inactivated antigens: — avian infectious bronchitis virus IBV, serotype Massachusetts (strain M41), inducing at least 5.5 log2 virus-neutralizing units*; |
| Indications | The vaccine is intended for active immunization of breeding chickens and laying hens. The vaccine is used to reduce the spread of infection caused by the fowl infectious bronchitis virus of the Massachusetts serotype and the Newcastle disease virus, as well as to prevent respiratory symptoms caused by the avian rhinotracheitis virus (avian pneumovirus). The vaccine is also used to prevent a decrease in egg production caused by the fowl infectious bronchitis virus of the Massachusetts and D274/D207 serotypes, the avian rhinotracheitis virus, the EDS'76 egg drop syndrome virus, and to reduce egg shell defects caused by the fowl infectious bronchitis virus of the D274/D207 serotype, the avian rhinotracheitis virus, and the EDS'76 egg drop syndrome virus. |
| Dosage and method of administration | The Nobilis RT+IBmulti+ND+EDS vaccine is not intended for use during the egg-laying period and for 4 weeks before its onset. 15. To create a more intense immune response, it is recommended to pre-vaccinate the bird with live vaccines against infectious bronchitis, rhinotracheitis and Newcastle disease at least 4 weeks before. Before use, the vaccine is kept at room temperature (15-25 °C) for 3 hours. Before use and periodically during use, shake the bottle with the vaccine thoroughly.
