Species Piglets aged 7 - 14 days.
Composition 2 ml:
A) Freeze-dried Active substance: Live attenuated swine fever virus, strain C (China) – min. 100 PD50 max. 1000 PD50 Excipients: Lyophilized medium – up to 1 ml
B) Solvent Diluant E – 2 ml
Indications The vaccine is intended for both preventive vaccination and emergency vaccination against classical swine fever.
Dosage and method of administration

Dose - 2 ml, intramuscular application.

First immunization:
- Piglets from unvaccinated sows are vaccinated from the age of 7-14 days;
- Piglets from vaccinated sows are vaccinated from the age of 7-8 weeks; animals aged 4 weeks and older can be vaccinated immediately in case of classical swine fever.

Second immunization:
- Weaned piglets, intended for fattening, are revaccinated after 2 months; the gilts are revaccinated one month before they are sown.
- To ensure permanent immunity, breeding pigs must be revaccinated (booster effect) every two years or annually, according to the decision of the Veterinary Service of the respective country.

The diluent for dissolving the lyophilisate is opened strictly before use. The vaccine is used within 2 hours of reconstitution. in the case of mass emergency vaccination, the vaccine can also be used to vaccinate pregnant animals.

Vaccination against other infectious diseases of pigs should not be carried out one week before and one week after vaccination with Pestisen C.

Contraindications Do not administer to sick or weakened animals.

Release form Glass bottles - 1 x 20 ml, 5 x 20 ml, 1 x 50 ml, 1 x 100 ml.
Storage conditions Store in the refrigerator separately from food and feed, at T°C 2°C + 8°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

2 years from the date of production, from the first opening – 2 hours.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
