Febtal granules

Species Young cattle, goats, foals, piglets, poultry, dogs and cats.
Composition 1 g of the preparation contains 222 mg of fenbendazole as the active substance and adjuvants: lactose and potato starch.
Indications Febtal granules are indicated for young cattle, sheep, goats, foals, piglets, dogs and cats for preventive and curative purposes in the case of nematodes and cestodes.
Dosage and method of administration Febtal granulated is indicated orally, 1 time, in the following doses:
  • young cattle in case of moniesiosis – 1 past/15 kg body weight; in dictycaulosis, haemonchosis, bunostomosis, esophagostomosis, nematodirosis, ostertagiosis, habertiosis, cooperiosis and strongyloidosis – 1 past/20 kg body weight;
  • sheep and goats in case of moniesiosis – 1past/15 kg body mass; in dictycaulosis, haemonchosis, bunostomosis, esophagostomosis, nematodirosis, ostertagiosis, tichostrongyloidosis, habertiosis, cooperiosis, strongyloidosis – 1 paste/30 kg body weight. of the animal;
  • foals in case of parascaridosis and strongylatosis – 1 pasty/15 kg body weight;
  • piglets in case of ascaridosis, esophagostomosis, strongyloidosis, trichocephalosis, metastrongyloidosis - 1 meal/30 kg body weight of the animal;
  • adult dogs and cats in case of toxocarosis, toxoscaridosis, ankylostomosis, uncinariasis, dipylidiasis, taeniidosis – 1 meal/1.5 kg of body mass.
  • to puppies and kittens (older than 3 weeks) FEBTAL pills are administered in case of toxocariasis, toxoscariasis, hookworm, uncinariasis, dipylidiasis and taeniidosis, 1 time a day, for 3 consecutive days, in a dose of 1 pasty/3 kg of body weight .
Contraindications

Contraindications for the administration of the Febtal granulated preparation may serve the increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the preparation.

It is prohibited to administer the preparation to weakened animals and animals suffering from infectious diseases. It is prohibited to administer the preparation given to puppies and kittens less than 3 weeks old.

Waiting period

Sacrifice of animals for human consumption is allowed no earlier than 14 days after the administration of the Febtal granulated preparation. In case of slaughtering before the expiration of the deadline, the obtained carcasses are fed to carnivores.

The obtained milk is forbidden to be used for food purposes for 3 days after administration of the preparation. It can be thermally processed and used in animal feed.

Release form Granulated Febtal is packed in 50 g, 0.5 and 1 kg packs in paper bags and combined materials; over 50 g – 0.1; 0.2; 0.5 and 1 kg in polymer boxes, 5 and 10 kg in polymer buckets, closed with polymer lids; 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg in paper bags and combined materials.
The 50 g packets are placed in 5 or 10 pieces in mono-colored packets. It is allowed to pack 50 g sachets without putting them in a cardboard box. Each consumer package comes with instructions for use and a measuring spoon of 4.5 g (with divisions corresponding to 0.45, 2.3 and 3.4 g of the drug).
Storage conditions Store in a dark place, separate from food and feed, at T°C 5°C + 25°C, in places inaccessible to children.
Shelf life

3 years from the date of production.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
