| Dosage and method of administration |
Induction of the early post-partum estrous cycle in cows: 1 time, 10 ml on the 8th-12th day after calving. Not being in heat, it is IA/mounted no earlier than 45 days after calving. Treatment of ovarian hypotrophy (hypofunction degree I and II) in cows: 2 times - the first administration 10 ml at 8-12 days of the estrous cycle with repetition after 10 days-5 ml. In case of severe hypofunction: at 1; On the 3rd and 5th day, 10 ml of 1% progesterone oil solution is administered intramuscularly and on the 7th day - 10 ml of Surfagon VBF. Treatment of follicular cysts: 3 administrations with an interval of 24 hours, cows - 5 ml, heifers - 3 ml. To cows, it can be administered only once, intravenously 50 mkg. On the 11th day after the administration, 250 mkg of estrophan is injected, 2 times with an interval of 10-12 hours. On the 3rd-6th day after estrophan, healthy follicles develop, the estrous cycle normalizes and the animals are inseminated/mounted naturally as they come into heat. Prevention of embryonic mortality: cows 1 time, 10 ml 8-12 days after insemination to increase the functional activity of the corpus luteum. Stimulating ovulation and increasing the fertilization rate in cows: after 2-3 infertile inseminations, on the 10-14th day of the estrous cycle, i/muscular, with an interval of 10-12 hours, estrophan is administered in a dose of 250 mcg. At the appearance of heat or 70 hours after the first administration of estrophan, we administer 10 ml of Surfagon VBF and IA/mount the cow. On the 8th-12th day after insemination, we repeat the injection of Surfagon VBF. Stimulating heat and increasing the fertilization rate in sows: 24-48 hours after weaning the piglets, PMSG (serum gonadotropin) 1000 IU is administered and after 56 hours -10 ml by Surfagon VBF. AI/natural mounting will be done according to the instructions. |
