The vaccine is recommended for the immunization of breeders and laying hens against infectious bronchitis, pseudoplague and egg drop syndrome. The vaccine is recommended for the immunization of breeders and laying hens against: Massachusetts serotype of B.I. virus, Newcastle virus and EDS virus. Immunity for the 3 viruses lasts the entire laying period. |
| Dosage and method of administration |
Each bird is vaccinated intramuscularly (in the chest or leg) or subcutaneously (on the back of the neck) with 0.5 ml of vaccine. The 500 ml bottles are for 1000 birds. Nobilis IB+ND+EDS is administered around 16-20 weeks of age (at transfer). Before vaccination with Nobilis IB+ND+EDS, the youth will be vaccinated with live vaccines: antibronchitis and antipseudopesto. (for EDS'76 a first vaccination with live virus is not required). The best immune effect is obtained when the interval between vaccination with live virus and that with inactivated virus is greater than 6 weeks. In areas with a high risk of infections with bronchitis and pseudoplague, which are manifested by intensely positive serological reactions, the first vaccination with live vaccine can be waived. |
| Contraindications | Sick birds are not vaccinated. The vaccine is not administered 2 weeks after vaccination with other live vaccines and 2-4 weeks before the start of laying. |
