Indications The Nobilis CAV P4 vaccine is a live lyophilized vaccine intended for the active immunization of chickens starting at the age of 6 weeks, against infection with the infectious anemia virus in order to prevent mortality, clinical signs and lesions specific to this disease. Active immunity develops in 4 weeks and is maintained during a laying period.
Dosage and method of administration

One dose of vaccine must be administered for each bird:
i.m. inoculation or s.c.
The vaccine is reconstituted with diluent Nobilis diluent FD. Select an amount of diluent that corresponds to the number of doses per bottle (200 ml per 1000 doses). Each bird will receive 0.2 ml of vaccine by intramuscular injection in the leg or chest muscle or by subcutaneous injections, on the dorsal side of the neck STICK method (piercing the wing skin fold in the humero-radio-ulnar angle) transcutaneous.
The vaccine is reconstituted using the Intervet Unisolve diluent, 13 ml for 1,000 doses. The vaccination device (double needles) is dipped into the vial of reconstituted vaccine (ensuring that both holes of the needles are loaded with vaccine) and the skin fold is pierced.

Vaccination schedule:
The optimal time of vaccination and the method of administration depend on the local epidemiological situation. The veterinarian will be consulted. Vaccination of breeding flocks is done at least 6 weeks before entering the egg, thus ensuring the transmission of a good titer of antibodies to the progeny.

Contraindications Do not vaccinate birds during the laying period.
