Indications

For the treatment and prevention of flea infestations produced by Ctenocephalides spp. for a period of one month after a single administration. This indication is the result of the adulticidal, larvicidal and ovicidal properties of this product. The product has an ovicidal action for a period of 3 weeks after administration. Due to the reduction in the flea population, the monthly treatment of pregnant and lactating animals will also help prevent flea infestation in puppies up to seven weeks of age.
The product can be used as part of the treatment strategy for allergic dermatitis to fleas, and as a result of the ovicidal and larvocide action, it can be an aid in the control of flea infestation present in the environment in the areas where the animal has access.

Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (cats and dogs).

Animals older than six weeks of age:
As a result of the administration of the veterinary medicinal product, the adult fleas on the animal are killed, viable eggs are no longer produced and the larvae (found only in the environment) are also killed.
This stops the reproduction of fleas, interrupts their life cycle and can help to control the existing flea infestation in the environment in the areas where the animal has access.

For the prevention of flea infestation, the veterinary medicinal product must be administered at monthly intervals during the flea season, starting one month before the fleas become active.
Due to the reduction in the flea population, the monthly treatment of pregnant and lactating animals will also help prevent flea infestation in puppies up to seven weeks of age.

For use as part of a flea allergy dermatitis treatment strategy, the veterinary medicinal product should be administered at monthly intervals.
