| Indications | Eimeterm 2.5% solution is indicated for broiler chickens, replacement stock, turkeys, geese and ducks with a curative-preventive purpose in case of coccidiosis, at the appearance of the first symptoms of the disease. |
| Dosage and method of administration |
Eimeterm 2.5% solution is administered to birds in the drinking water for 2 consecutive days, in a dose of 7mg toltrazuril /1 kg body weight (28 ml of preparation /100 kg body weight), which is equivalent to: 1 ml/1 l of drinking water, which is given for consumption for 48 hours or In severe cases of the disease, the treatment is repeated after 5 days. |
| Contraindications |
Contraindications for administration may serve increased individual sensitivity to the components of the preparation. It is forbidden to administer Eimeterm solution 2.5% to laying hens and replacement stock no later than 2 weeks before laying, because it accumulates in the eggs. |
| Waiting period | The slaughter of broiler chickens for meat is allowed, no earlier than 14 days, turkeys, geese and ducks - no earlier than 16 days after the last administration of the preparation Eimeterm solution 2.5%. In case of slaughter before the expiration of the deadline - the meat can be used in the feed of fur animals. |
| Release form | The medicinal product is packaged in glass or polymer bottles of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 ml, with appropriate volume, fitted with dropper caps and/or swist-off caps with a seal or rubber stoppers and aluminum caps; in bottles of 500 ml made of glass or polymer, in bottles of 1 l made of polymer; in canisters of 2.5; 3 and 5 l polymer with lid and seal. The bottles of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 ml are also accompanied by secondary packaging - cardboard boxes. It is allowed to produce 50 and 100 ml bottles without secondary packaging. Each package contains instructions for administration. |
