The document comes to ensure the local market with efficient and qualitative veterinary medicines by regulating the entrepreneurial activity in the registration, manufacture, import, storage, distribution and release of veterinary medicinal products on the Republic of Moldova market. At the same time, the project stipulates the requirements for the labeling and the package leaflet of the veterinary medicines, the pharmacovigilance program, as well as the supervision measures and the sanctions applied.
In this respect, the tasks of the National Agency for Food Safety and of the Veterinary Veterinary Committee are established. The implementation of the project provisions will contribute to the rationalization of the national legislation to the Community one, thus eliminating the technical barriers in foreign trade.
