Composition | Suspension for injection. The vaccine is made from beta-propiolactone inactivated circovirus (cPCV1-2) supplemented with 20% sulfolipo-beta-cyclodextrin (SL-CD) as an adjuvant and 5% thiomersal solution as a preservative. |
Indications | The vaccine is designed to prevent viremia and defeat of lymphoid tissue caused by Cirque circovirus type 2 in pig farms |
Dosage and method of administration | Piglets are subject to vaccination, starting at 3 weeks of age. The vaccine is administered in accordance with the rules of aseptic and antiseptic intramuscularly in the neck area in a dose of 2.0 ml.
Depending on the vaccination plan adopted in the household, a single or double scheme is possible: Double vaccination: 1.0 ml of vaccine is administered at the age of 3 weeks, after 3 weeks, re-inject 1.0 ml of the vaccine Before use, the vial of the vaccine is shaken to form a homogeneous suspension. For vaccination use sterile syringes and needles. Sterilization of syringes and needles by chemical means is not allowed. The injection site is treated with 70% alcohol or other disinfectant solution. |

Release form | The vaccine is packaged in 20 ml (10 inoculated doses), 100 ml (50 inoculated doses), 250 ml (125 inoculated doses) and 500 ml (250 inoculated doses) in plastic bottles of appropriate capacity. The vials are sealed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps. |
