Species	Chickens.
Composition	Live virus of Gumboro disease (IBD), strain D78:>=4.0 log10TCID50. Form of preparation: granules obtained by drying during freezing.
Indications	Immunization of chickens against Gumboro disease.
Dosage and method of administration	The Nobilis Gumboro D78 vaccine can be used to vaccinate chickens aged 7-28 days. Strain D78 is effective against the background of the level of antibodies inherited from the maternal population, which is usually observed in chickens at the age of 7-28 days. The optimal timing of vaccination depends on the level of maternal antibodies in the blood of the chicks. In cases where the level of these antibodies fluctuates greatly, it is recommended to vaccinate chickens twice with an interval of one week between vaccinations. To more accurately determine the timing of vaccination, it is recommended to conduct laboratory studies of blood serum samples of day-old chickens in order to determine the level of maternal antibodies against Gumboro disease and calculate the timing of vaccination. The vaccine is able to overcome the level of antibodies not higher than 6log2 in the neutralization reaction, which approximately corresponds to a titer of 125 in the ELISA test system. Dosage: One dose per bird. Application method: Application with drinking water: The vaccine should be dissolved in as much water as will be drunk by the chicks within approximately 2 hours. Spray method: The vaccine should be dissolved at the rate of 1000 doses in one liter of water and sprayed evenly from a distance of 30-40 cm from the chickens in the form of a coarse spray. Intranasal and intraocular methods: Dilute the vaccine with saline (usually 30 ml per 1000 doses) and apply with a standardized pipette. One drop should be launched from a height of several centimeters into the nostril or into the eye.
Contraindications	Only healthy chickens should be vaccinated.
Warning	Poultry slaughter for meat is allowed without restrictions.
Release form	Boxes of 10 vials containing 1000, 2500, 5000 or 10000 doses.
Storage conditions	Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +2 + 8°С.
Shelf life	2 years from the date of production.
