Zink ointment

It is indicated for treatment of cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, cats suffering from dermatitis, eczema, decubitus, skin lesions (burns, cuts).

Composition
  • 1 g of the drug contains:
    zinc oxide – 100 mg,
    ointment base (Vaseline) – 900 mg.
Indications
  • Treatment of cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, cats with dermatitis, eczema, bedsores, skin lesions (burns, cuts).
Dosage and method of administration
  • Externally. Cleanse and dry the affected area. The ointment is applied in a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin 1-2 times a day. The amount of ointment depends on the extent of the lesion. In the treatment of burns and wounds, a bandage with ointment is applied. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the course of the disease.

Warning
  • Not recommended for use in the presence of an acute purulent-inflammatory process on the skin.
  • Avoid getting the ointment in the eyes and on the surface of wounds.
  • Personnel working with the drug must follow the basic rules of hygiene and safety adopted when working with veterinary drugs.
Release form
  • Aluminium tubes of 20, 50, 90, 120 g or glass cans of 20, 100 and 250 g.
Storage conditions Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +5 – 25°С.
Shelf life 3 years from the date of production.
