If there is a threat of infection, the chickens obtained from unimmunized chickens are vaccinated at a diurnal age. The vaccine is given to the chickens, twice with an interval of 4 weeks, the first time in a volume of 0.1 cm3, again in a volume of 0.5 cm3.
