Dosage and method of administration Pigs
1) Treatment of swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae and associated with Fusobacterium spp. And Bacteroides spp.
The recommended daily dose is 8.8 mg tiamulin hydrogen fumarate / kg body weight, administered in the drinking water of pigs, for 3-5 consecutive days, depending on the severity and duration of the infection. Usually, the required dose is obtained at a concentration of 0.006% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate in drinking water.
2) Adjuvant treatment of PRDC caused by M. hyopneumoniae and viruses and associated with P. multocida and A. pleuropneumoniae.
The recommended daily dose is 15.0 to 20.0 mg tiamulin hydrogen fumarate / kg body weight for 5-10 consecutive days. Usually, the required dose is obtained at a concentration of 0.012% – 0.018% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate in drinking water.
3) Treatment of pleuropneumonia caused by A. pleuropneumoniae.
The recommended daily dose is 20.0 mg tiamulin hydrogen fumarate / kg body weight for 5 consecutive days. Usually, the required dose is obtained at a concentration of 0.018% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate in drinking water. 1 g of product is added to 7.5 liters of water to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.006% thiamulin fumarate hydrogen; add 1 g of product to 3.75 liters of water to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.012% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate; 1 g of product is added to 2.5 liters of water to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.018% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate.

Chicken
1) Prophylaxis of chronic respiratory diseases (CRD) and inflammation of the air sacs caused by M. gallisepticum
and M. synoviae.
Chicken: 0.0125% – 0.025% hydrogenated thiamulin fumarate in drinking water for 3 days in the first week of life, then 1-2 days every 3-4 weeks, depending on the risk.
Replacement chickens: 0.0125% – 0.025% hydrogen thiamulin fumarate in drinking water for 3 days in the first week of life, then 1-2 days every 4-6 weeks, depending on the risk.
Replacement chickens, laying hens and replacement breeding hens: 0.0125% thiamulin hydrogen fumarate in drinking water, for 3 days every 4 weeks from the beginning of the laying period, depending on the risk.2) Treatment of respiratory diseases (CRD) and inflammation of the air sacs caused by M. gallisepticum and M. synoviae in replacement chicks, laying hens and breeding hens. Thiamulin fumarate of 0.025% hydrogen is administered in drinking water for 3-5 days.
Thiamulin hydrogen fumarate in a concentration of 0.025% in drinking water provides the following doses of tiamulin, depending on the age of the birds:
4-week-old chickens: 30 mg / kg body weight 10-week replacement chickens: 30 mg / kg body weight Laying chicks: 25 mg / kg body weight

Turkeys
1) For the prophylaxis of infectious sinusitis and inflammation of the air sacs caused by Mycoplasma
gallisepticum, Mycoplasma meleagridis and Mycoplasma synoviae.
Meat turkeys (broilers): 0.025% tiamulin in drinking water, for 3 days in the first week of life, then for 1-3 days at intervals of 4-6 weeks, depending on the risk.
Breeding turkeys: 0.025% tiamulin in drinking water for 3-5 days at 4-week intervals, depending on risk.
2) For the treatment of infectious sinusitis and inflammation of the air sacs caused by Mycoplasma
gallisepticum, Mycoplasma meleagridis and Mycoplasma synoviae.
Meat turkeys: 0.025% tiamulin in drinking water for 3-5 days.
Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate at a concentration of 0.025% in drinking water provides the following doses depending on the age of the animals: – 1-week-old chick: 70 mg / kg – 4-week-old chick: 50 mg / kg – turkey 8 weeks: 25-30 mg / kg – 20 week old turkeys: 20 mg / kg.

1.1 g of product is added to 2 liters of water to obtain a 0.025% solution of thiamulin fumarate of hydrogen. 1.1 g of product is added to 4 liters of water to give a 0.0125% solution of thiamulin fumarate.
When large amounts of medicated water are required, a concentrated solution (maximum concentration of 50-60 g product / l water) must first be prepared, then a dilution to the final concentration must be performed. Fresh solutions of tiamulin-medicated water should be administered daily.
