Indications
  • with a therapeutic and prophylactic purpose for psoroptosis of sheep and goats;
  • for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of farm animals.
Dosage and method of administration With psoroptosis of sheep and goats in dry weather at an air temperature of at least 20 ° C, animals are bathed in a floating bath (or a specially adapted container) in a 2% aqueous emulsion of phenol-free coal Creolin. The temperature of the bathing emulsion must be at least 20 ° C. Exposition – 2 min. In the cold season, animals are bathed in heated rooms. Bathing is carried out in a 2% emulsion of phenol-free coal Creolin for 2 minutes with a simultaneous immersion of the head in the bath solution.

For therapeutic purposes, animals are bathed twice with an interval of 10 days, for preventive purposes – once.

Before treatment, the animals are allowed to rest, feeding is stopped 4-5 hours before treatment.

The working emulsion of phenol-free coal creolin is prepared before use. For this purpose, a preparation is added to a bath filled with water with thorough stirring at the rate of 2 kg per 100 l of water (20 kg per 1000 l).

Refueling of the bath is carried out after processing 200 sheep, adding 2% of the preparation to the added amount of water.

After leaving the bath, the animals are kept for 15 minutes on the outlet platform to drain the emulsion, and then released into the pasture. In the cold season, animals are kept for drying indoors.

If the bath is dirty, it is freed from the drug emulsion, thoroughly cleaned of dirt and re-filled with the working emulsion. The spent liquid is poured into a concrete tank, avoiding environmental pollution.

Before mass processing of animals, each batch of phenol-free coal Creolin is tested on a small group of animals (10-15 heads) of different fatness. If no signs of toxicosis are noted in the animals within 2 days after treatment, the entire livestock is treated.

For preventive treatment of surfaces of production and auxiliary livestock buildings with technological equipment located in them, sheds for keeping fur animals, storage rooms, feed kitchens, halls for grafting and shooting skins, cars, railway cars (freight, isothermal) and other types of vehicles used for the transportation of animals, with a predominance of metal surfaces, a 3% solution of phenol-free coal Creolin is used at a flow rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 3 hours.

Forced treatment of the above objects against diseases caused by bacteria of the group of E. coli and staphylococci is carried out: with a 3.5% solution of phenol-free coal Creolin, at a flow rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 3 hours.

Treatment is carried out by irrigating the surfaces of premises and elements of technological equipment in the absence of animals, slaughter products and finished products using installations such as DUK-1, DUK-2, AVD-1, UDP-M, LSD-ZM, LSD-EP and others.

Organic contaminants reduce the biological activity of the medicinal product, therefore, thorough mechanical cleaning and washing of disinfected objects must be carried out before processing.

After the expiration of the established exposure, disinfected feeders, drinkers, sheds and other areas of surfaces accessible to animals, places of direct contact with raw materials, animals, finished products, places of possible accumulation of residues of phenol-free coal Creolin are washed with water. Animals are brought into the room after ventilation (open windows, doors, hatches, turn on ventilation) and the smell of phenol-free coal Creolin has completely disappeared.
