|Composition||1 ml contains:
Ceftiofur hydrochloride – 50 mg / ml and excipients up to 1 ml.
|Indications||Ceftiosan is prescribed to cattle and pigs for therapeutic purposes with respiratory diseases, interdigital necrobacteriosis, acute postpartum metritis and other primary and secondary infections of bacterial etiology, the causative agents of which are sensitive to ceftiofur hydrochloride.|
|Dosage and method of administration||Ceftiosan is administered to animals orally once a day in doses:
Before each use, the drug bottle should be shaken thoroughly.
|Contraindications||Increased individual sensitivity of the animal to β-lactam antibiotics. Ceftiosan should not be prescribed together with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides, as well as mixed in the same syringe with other drugs.|
|Release form||Ceftiosan is released in packs of 10, 20, 50, 100 and 250 ml in dark glass bottles, hermetically sealed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps. Vials are packaged together with instructions for use in packs of cardboard.|
|Storage conditions||In a dry, dark place and out of the reach of children and animals, separate from food and feed in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging at a temperature of 5 to 25 ° C.|
|Shelf life||2 years. Open bottles with the drug can be stored for no more than 28 days.|
