| Composition | 1ml contains:
ferric dextran complex – 100,0 mg. |
| Indications | It is indicated for treatment and prevention of iron deficiency in the animals, especially in piglets and calves. |
| Dosage and method of administration | Intramuscular administration.
Preventive dose (ml, one time): 3-4 days-old piglets 1.5-2; 5-6 days-old calves 8-10; 3-5 days-old lambs 2-3; minks 0.3-0.5; sows (3-4 weeks before farrowing) 10. For animals with signs of anemia, for therapeutic purposes the drug is administered 2-3 times at weekly intervals in the same doses. |
| Contraindications | Do not administer to animals with signs of acute E – vitamin deficiency and low selenium content. |
| Warning | At the needle entry point a small swelling may cause that disappears within a few days. |
| Release form | Hermetically sealed glass vials of 10; 20; 50; 100 and 200 ml. |
| Storage conditions | Store in dry, dark place at the temperature from +3°C to +25 °C (avoid freezing). |
| Shelf life | 3 years from the date of production. |
